To configure your email client to deliver your emails direct to your desktop via POP3 or IMAP use the following settings:
Incoming mail server (POP3/IMAP) - mail.(your domain including .co.uk/.com)
SMTP (outgoing) address - smtp.(your domain including .co.uk/.com)
Username - name@(your domain including .co.uk/.com)
Password - ******* (it is best practice to use a combination of numbers, UPPERCASE and lowercase letters
Incoming server - do not use secure password authentication
Outgoing server requires authentication (tick the box)
